Favoritos noviembre + diciembre

¡Hola chicas!

Esta semana tengo más favoritos si cabe de los que hablar, esta vez es el turno de los productos que más he usado durante los meses de noviembre y diciembre. ¿Comencemos!

This week I have even more favourites to show talk about, this time it´s all about the products I´ve been loving throughout November and December. Let´s get started!

MAQUILLAJE // MAKEUP

1) NARS Seduction

Este colorete lleva un par de meses largos en mi neceser de maquillaje diario y me encanta, a pesar de que al principio de comprarlo no lo usaba mucho. El color es perfecto para esta época del año y queda genial con cualquier look.

Me gusta especialmente como queda con un labial ojo y un delineado (sip, he estado usando muchísimo los tres productos listados juntos).

2) MAC Ronnie Red

Creo que ya saqué este labial en unos favoritos hace tiempo, pero no pasa nada por repetir, ¿verdad? Es un rojo precioso, que favorece tanto en verano como en invierno.

3) EYEKO Skinny Mini Liquid Eyeliner Black

Vino como regalito con una revista, y me gusta mucho. No es súper duradero, pero es muy fácil de aplicar, muy negro y no demasiado brillante, cosa que no me agrada mucho en los eyeliners.

1) NARS Seduction

This blush has been in my daily makeup bag for a good couple months and I love it. It´s the perfect winter shade, great with any look. 

I love how it looks with red lips and a cat eye (yeah, the three products listed had been used together multiple times!).

2) MAC Ronnie Red

I think this lipstick was featured in my favourites a few months ago, but it´s just sooo pretty!! I thought this would look nice only in summer, but I like the way it looks against a pale complexion too.

3) EYEKO Skinny Mini Liquid Eyeliner Black

It came as a goodie with a magazine, and I really like it. It isn´t the most longlasting liquid liner I´ve tried, but it´s very easy to use, super black and not too glossy.

SKINCARE & HAIRCARE

4) L´OREAL 3 in 1 Puryfing Micellar Solution

Desde que salieron al mercado he probado unas cuantas aguas micelares (Bioderma sigue siendo la gran vencedora)y ésta es bastante buena. No puedo hacerme con Bioderma fácilmente por aquí, así que ésta me parece una buena "sustituta": la puedo encontrar fácilmente y es muy efectiva, eliminando el maquillaje sin dejar restos y sin resultar agresiva con piel y ojos.

5) SOAP & GLORY Butter Yourself body butter

Quería probar una nueva manteca corporal para variar un poco y ésta es una maravilla. Huele a frutas y deja la piel suave e hidratada.

6) SOAP & GLORY Sugar Crush shower gel

Ahora mismo estoy usando el segundo bote, asi que parece que si que me gusta :) Es estupendo, huele a cítricos, es refrescante y no reseca la piel.

7) SOAP & GLORY Make yourself Youthful eye cream

A veces soy un poco perezosa en lo que a tratamiento se refiere, pero recientemente he introducido el contorno de ojos en mi vida, ya que me daba la impresión de que estaba descuidando el área. Lo aplico dos veces al día (por la mañana y por la noche) y hasta ahora, me está gustante mucho. Hidrata muy bien pero no deja el contorno grasiento ni nada por el estilo.

4) L´OREAL 3 in 1 Puryfing Micellar Solution

I´ve tried quite a few micellar solutions (Bioderma my all time fave) and this one is quite good. Bioderma isn´t easy to find here, so this one is a good option: it takes my makeup off very easily and it´s gentle with my skin and eyes.

5) SOAP & GLORY Butter Yourself body butter

I wanted to try a new body butter and this one is to die for. It smells kinda fruity and nourishes my skin like no other.

6) SOAP & GLORY Sugar Crush shower gel

I´m currently using my second bottle of this shower gel: it´s divine. It´s very refreshing (I looove its lime scent!) and very moisturising.

7) SOAP & GLORY Make yourself Youthful eye cream

Sometimes I´m a bit lazy when it comes to skincare, but recently I´ve introduced eye creams into my life because I felt that I wasn´t taking care of that area. I apply it twice a day (mornings and evenings) and so far, so good. It´s very moisturising but it doesn´t leave the area greasy or anything.

Los 13 de 2013

Hola chicas, y Feliz Año Nuevo :)

Cuando un año empieza, también llegan los buenos propósitos, y para mi uno de ellos es organizarme mejor "bloguilmente" hablando. A veces actualizar no es tan fácil, requiere tiempo, y a veces te dan ganas de tirar la toalla. En 2013 llegó mi primer trabajo a tiempo completo, y durante los últimos meses sentía que o no tenía tiempo de actualizar, o no tenía ganas, o mi tiempo libre lo dedicaba por completo a mi vida social (y Skype, ¡que tener a una madre contenta en la distancia requiere bastantes horas de Skype a la semana! :D ). Pero me gusta mi blog y no quiero tirar la toalla, así que voy a dejar de estresarme cuando veo que no tengo tiempo y organizarme mejor.

Ahora, ¡vayamos al grano! 2013 se ha terminado, así que toca hacer una recopilación de mis favoritos de todo el año, los 13 productos (maquillaje, tratamiento y "herramientas") que me han robado el corazón en 2013.

When a new year starts, we all pretend to start fresh, so here I am, trying to be more organised with this blog. Sometimes blogging isn´t easy, sometimes you want to give up. 2013 gave my first full time job and I felt like I never had time to update the blog, or I was just too tired, or I was just meeting friends and stuff. But I like blogging and I don´t wanna give up, so I´m not gonna stressed about it, just organise myself.

Ok, now back to the blogpost!! 2013 is over, so it´s time to resume my favourites of the whole year, the 13 products (makeup, skincare and tools) that I´ve been loving throughout 2013.

1) SOAP & GLORY One heck of a blot

Me encantan estos polvos translúcidos, ya que son tan finos que ni se acumulan en los poros ni dan aspecto acartonado. Mantienen la piel sin brillos durante horas y son perfectos para retoques.

I love this translucent powder: t´s very finelly milled so it doesn´t sit on the pores or makes you look cakey. It keeps my face shine free for hours and it´s great for touch-ups.

2) CATRICE Eyebrow Set

Este año he estado bastante interesada en el tema cejas. Decidí cambiar ligeramente la forma de las mías y este set de sombras me ha resultado super práctico. Puedes elegir uno de los dos tonos o mezclar ambos, dejando un aspecto muy natural.

This year I´ve been into eyebrows a lot. I decided to change slightly the shape of mine and this brow set has been handy during the process. You can pick one of the two shades or mix them and it looks very natural on.

3) SOAP & GLORY Thick & Fast mascara

¡Me encanta! Esta máscara deja las pestañas justo como yo quiero, gruesas, negras y voluminosas, y también da algo de largura. Para mi, es la máscara perfecta. Podéis leer una review completa aquí.

Love it!! This mascara makes my lashes look super voluminous and thick, and it also gives some extra length. It´s the perfect mascara for me. You can read a full review here.

4) L´OREAL Shine Caresse Glossy Stain "Lolita"

Lo uso todos los días, ya que deja un aspecto súper natural, aportando la cantidad justa de color y brillo. Es muy cómodo de llevar y nada pegajoso.

I use this everyday, it looks very natural and gives me the right amount of colour and shine. It feels very comfortable on the lips and non sticky at all.

5) MAC "Riri Woo"

Ya puedo decir abiertamente que no me dan miedo para nada los labiales rojos, desde hace un tiempo los uso constantemente y me encantan. Probablemente ésta ha sido el que más he usado este año: es un rojo clásico precioso de acabado mate.

I can definitely say that I´m not afraid of red lipsticks anymore, I wear them all the time. This has probably been my most used red lipstick: it´s a gorgeous matte red, very classic and flattering.

6) REVLON Lip Butter "Berry Smoothie"

Es la única barra de labios que tengo de esta línea de Revlon y me encantan tanto la textura como el color, un rosa frambuesa muy ligero, perfecto para diario.

This is the only lip butter I own and I´m in love with the texture and the shade. It´s a gorgeous pinky-berry colour, perfect for everyday.

7) RIMMEL Scandaleyes "Nude"

Este año abandoné el lápiz negro para la waterline y me pasé al nude, y es lo único que suelo usar (sólo uso lápiz negro si me hago un ahumado, cosa rara últimamente). Éste lápiz de Rimmel es el nude perfecto, y resulta cremoso y muy duradero.

This year I ditched the black eyeliner for the waterline, I feel like the nude shade suits me better and it´s the only thing I use from now on (unless I´m wearing an smoky eye, very rare these days too!). This one is the perfect nude, it´s creamy and very longlasting.

8) SOAP & GLORY Face Massage Mini Mitt

No puedo vivir sin este pequeño disco de silicona, ya que desde que lo uso mi piel luce mil veces mejor: lo uso junto a mi limpiadora habitual, y además de limpiar, exfolia suavemente sin ser agresivo con la piel.

My Holy Grail! Since I discovered this, my skin looks its best: I use it everyday with my regular cleanser and it exfoliates my skin without being agressive.

9) DIOR Miss Dior Eau de Parfum

Perfume favoritísimo entre todos los perfumes. Solía ser fan de Miss Dior Chèrie, pero ya que dejaron de fabricarlo, me pasé a éste, que es prácticamente idéntico.

Favourite perfum ever. I used to love Miss Dior Chèrie, but they don´t do it anymore, so this one has become my new signature scent.

10) CAUDALIE Eau de Beauté

Genial para usar como tónico o simplemente para refrescar la piel. Lo uso todas las noches después de desmaquillarme o simplemente cuando me aperece refrescar el rostro :)

Great as a toner or just to refresh the skin. I use it every night after I remove my make up and as a pick me up when I need it :)

11) BIODERMA Sensibio H2O

Solía ser usuaria del agua micelar de la gama Sèbium, pero Sensibio es mucho mejor: elimina todos los restos de maquillaje resultando al mismo tiempo suave con la piel y los ojos. Además, viene en un envase con dosificador, lo que ayuda a no desperdiciar producto.

I used to be fan of Sèbium but Sensibio is way better: removes every trace of make up and it´s very gentle with the skin and the eyes. It comes in a pump bottle, which makes the product lasts way longer.

12) NUXE Rève de Miel

Este bálsamo labial es uno de los mejores que he probado. Hidrata los labios, dejando un acabado mate, ideal si vas a aplicar un labial después. Su textura es untuosa y cremosa y huele de maravilla.

This lipbalm is one of the bests I´ve tried. It nourishes my lips, leaving a matte finish, which is perfect is you are applying lipstick afterwards. It´s very thick and creamy and smells delicious.

13) GHD

Todo el mundo tenía razón. Son las mejores planchas que existen y me he convertido en una adicta total. Las mías son muy básicas, la GHD IV de tamaño medio.

Everyone in the whole world was right. These are the best straighteners ever, I´m addicted to them. I own the GHD IV, in the medium size.

Favoritos septiembre + octubre

Éstos han sido mis últimos productos favoritos y cosas random en general. El mes pasado no tenía muchos, así que decidí esperar y aunar en un mismo post los favoritos de estos dos últimos meses :)

This have been my latest favourite products and random things. Last month I didn´t have many, so I decided to wait till this month, and this time I have a few :)

MAQUILLAJE // MAKEUP

1) SOAP & GLORY "One heck of a blot"

Estos polvos matificantes translúcidos son geniales. Mantienen mi piel sin brillos durante unas cuantas horas y me permiten retoques sin que la piel quede excesivamente empolvada y pastosa. Próximamente tendréis review :)

2) DELIPLUS esmalte de uñas 02

Este tono es el perfecto rosa pastel de acabado natural. Últimamente lo he estado usando muchísimo porque pega con todo.

3) RIMMEL Scandaleyes Eye Pencil "Black"

Durante los últimos meses no he usado apenas lápiz negro en la waterline, pero durante este último mes he llevado algún que otro smoky eye que pedía a gritos un toque de lápiz negro. Éste es estupendo, súper pigmentado y muy duradero.

1) SOAP & GLORY "One heck of a blot"

This translucent, mattifying powder is so good. It keeps my skin shine free for a good amount of time, and I can touch-up during the day without looking cakey and powdery. If you wanna read a full review, stay tunned!

2) DELIPLUS 02 Nail polish

This shade is the perfect natural, pastel pink. I´ve been wearing it loads lately as it matches with all of my outfits!!

3) RIMMEL Scandaleyes Eye Pencil "Black"

I haven´t been wearing that much black eyeliner on the waterline lately, but this month I wore a few smoky eyes that require a bit of black liner! This one is brilliant, very pigmented and longlasting.

4) BUMBLE AND BUMBLE Thickening hairspray

Me gusta mucho este producto para añadir volumen extra en las raíces cuando me aliso el pelo, y también cuando lo ondulo, porque aguanta bastante bien la onda. Puede resultar un poco pegajoso y pesado si nos pasado, ¡así que hay que andar con mano ligera!

5) L´OCCITANE Subtle Violet Hand Cream

Esta crema vino con una revista hace poco y me ha gustado mucho. Ya había probado las cremas de manos de L´Occitane pero no las perfumadas, y esta huele genial (si te gustan los aromas florales. Es perfecta para llevar en el bolso e hidrata muy bien.

6) MISS DIOR Eau de Parfum

El mes pasado me enteré de que mi fragancia favorita, Miss Dior Chèrie, había sido descatalogada. Tragedia descomunal. Dior ya no la fabrica, pero ofrece algunas altenativas.

Me llevó un tiempo probarlas todas, y decidirme por la que más se le parece, y la elegida fue Miss Dior Eau de Parfum (no Le Parfum, porque huele completamente diferente). Es prácticamente idéntica (las notas olfativas son las mismas, a excepción de la de palomitas, que ya no se incluye), así que estoy satisfecha con ella.

4) BUMBLE AND BUMBLE Thickening hairspray

I love using this product to texturize my hair and give it more volume in the roots when I straighten it, and also when I curl it, cause it holds the curl very well. It´s a bit sticky so don´t go overboard with it!

5) L´OCCITANE Subtle Violet Hand Cream

I got this recently with a magazine and I love it. It has the perfect size to carry around in my bag, it´s very moisturizing and the floral scent is really nice.

6) MISS DIOR Eau de Parfum

I found out last month that my all time favourite perfume, Miss Dior Chèrie, is gone. Tragedy. Dior doesn´t sell it anymore, but luckily it offers some alternatives.

It took me a few days of trying them all to choose the closest one, which is Miss Dior Eau de Parfum (not Le Parfum, that one smells completely different). It has almost the same scent (the popcorn note is gone though...) and I really like it.

7) Ropa y accesorios de color vino/borgoña

Éste está siendo mi color favorito de esta temporada. Mis prendas favoritas son esta chaqueta de H & M y estas botas de River Island.

7) Burgundy/wine clothing and accesories

This season I´m loving this colour. My favourite pieces are this cardigan from H & M and these boots from River Island.

8) American Horror Story- Asylum

Una maravilla de temporada, mucho mejor que la primera sin lugar a duda. Buen guión, excepcionales actuaciones y la dosis adecuada de terror y locura.

Absolutely brilliant and way better that the first season. Good script, amazing cast and the right dose of horror and crazyness. A must watch!

10) Velas de otoño

Estas dos velas son mis favoritas actualmente, y ambas son de Yankee Candle. Me encantan los aromas de otoño porque son dulces, especiados y muy cálidos.

These two are my favourite candles at the moment, both from Yankee Candle. I love fall scents, because they are sweet, spicy and so warming.

Favoritos agosto

Al parecer septiembre ya está aquí: la vuelta al cole, la vuelta al curro, empezar de cero... y en el blog comenzamos el mes con mis favoritos del mes de agosto. Espero que disfrutéis del post y que me contéis en un comentario cuáles han sido vuestros favoritos :)

So September is here already: back to school, back to work, fresh start... And I´m here to start the month with my August favourites. Hope you like them and let me know yours in a comment down below! :)

MAQUILLAJE // MAKEUP

1) BENEFIT The Bronze of Champions

Este mes he usado muchísimo los productos que contiene este kit, en concreto la sombra en crema, los polvos bronceadores Hoola y la máscara de pestañas. Si queréis saber más acerca del kit, aquí tenéis una review y aquí un look usando todos los productos.

2) MAC brocha #109

A pesar de no ser mi brocha favorita para aplicar polvos bronceadores, pero es la única que le viene bien al mini Hoola del kit de Benefit, ya que las demás brochas le van grande. Esto no supone ningún problema, ya que tanto la brocha como los polvos son perfectos para contornear.

3) NARS colorete Seduction

No es el color más veraniego del mundo, pero lo he estado usando mucho durante las últimas dos semanas, supongo que ya estoy preparada para la llegada del otoño :) 

Para nada es tan violáceo como aparece en la foto, sino que es un color vino intenso, que aplicado con mano ligera queda precioso y muy natural. Merece la pena.

1) BENEFIT The Bronze of Champions

This month I´ve used loads the products included in this kit, specially the cream eyeshadow, Hoola bronzer and the mascara. If you wanna know more about this kit, here´s a full review and here´s a look using the products.

2) MAC #109 brush

Although this is not my favourite brush to apply bronzer, I had to use the MAC 109 along with one of the products mentioned before, Hoola bronzer. The bronzer is a mini-size, so this brush fits perfectly and it´s great to contour with the same bronzing powder. 

3) NARS Seduction Blush

This isn´t the most summery blush, but I´ve been using it loads for the past two weeks, I guess I´m ready for fall! :)

It isn´t as purple as the picture shows, it´s more of a deep wine colour, which I find very flattering and natural. Worth to give it a try.

4) BIODERMA agua micelar Sensibio

Mientras usaba la otra versión del agua micelar de Bioderma, la Sebium, no hacía más que leer que Sensibio era mucho mejor, pero no quería hacer caso... ¡y todo el mundo tenía razón! Ésta me gusta mucho más, más suave, no me irrita los ojos y retira el maquillaje con incluso más facilidad. Además, la botella tiene un dosificador la mar de práctico :)

5) THE BODY SHOP mantecas corporales

No os lo vais a creer pero nunca había usado las mantecas corporales de TBS hasta este verano. Me regalaron un pack de cuatro por mi cumpleaños y estoy totalmente enganchada. Son súper hidratantes y huelen de maravilla: ¡la de naranja que veis en la foto huele a naranjas recién exprimidas!

6) NUXE  bálsamo de labios Rève de Miel 

Compré este bálsamo en sustitución de mi EA 8 horas, la cual usaba todas las noches antes de dormir. El bálsamo de Nuxe me gusta muchísimo porque hidrata a fondo sin dejar una capa grasienta en la superficie de los labios, con lo cual no te encontrarás con bálsamo por toda la almohada... Además huele a mousse de limón, mmm....

4) BIODERMA Sensibio micellar water

I used several bottles of the Sebium micellar water and I´ve always heard that it isn´t as good as this one... everybody was right!! This one is so much better, more gentle, it doesn´t irritate my eyes and removes the makeup even more easily. Also, the bottle has a pump, which is very handy :)

5) THE BODY SHOP body butters

You would not believe but I had never used TBS body butters until this summer. I got a kit of four as a birthday present and I can´t get enough of them. They are very nourishing and the smell is just delicious: here I have the orange one, it smells like fresh ripped oranges!

6) NUXE Rève de Miel lipbalm

I bought this as a replacement of my EA 8 hour cream, which I used every single night to deep-moisturize my lips. I really like this balm because it moisturizes without leaving a greasy film on your lips, which guarantee that your pillowcase won´t get lipbalm verywhere. Also, it smells like lemon mousse. Yum.

7) Vestidos de ASOS

Este mes hice un pedido por primera vez a Asos. En general, puedo decir que la experiencia ha sido satisfactoria: las tallas se corresponden bastante bien con las tallas de cualquier tienda, los vestidos sientan bien, se puede pagar con Paypal y el pedido no tarda mucho en llegar.

Los vestidos que compré son de la línea Curve y ambos estaban de rebajas: el vestido negro es el clásico vestido de encaje, y venía con un cinturón color cuero que no saqué en la foto, y el vestido rojo es un tanto vintage y me encaaaaaaaanta.

7) ASOS dresses

This month I did my first order ever in Asos.com. Overall, I´m very satisfied: the sizes were perfect and the dresses fit very nicely, you can pay with Paypal and the order doesn´t take very long to arrive.

The dresses I got are from the Curve range and they were both on sale: the black dress is the classic lace-y dress and it came with a tan skinny belt that it isn´t in the picture, and the red dress is kind of a vintage skater dress, really pretty and flattering.

8) Sex and the City

Si, la verdad es que llego un poco tarde al fanatismo de SATC, pero al final una amiga me acabó de convencer para ver la serie... ¡vi un par de episodios y ahora estoy enganchadísima! Aún estoy a medias, así que no spoilers, porfa :)

Yeah, I´m a bit late on this bandwagon (years late!) but a friend of mine totally convinced me to watch the series... I watched a couple episodes and oh dear! since then I´m completely hooked. I still halfway of the series so please no spoilers!!

9) Ed Sheeran

Ésto es lo que he estado escuchando prácticamente todo el mes. Me encanta el momento de volver del trabajo a casa y escuchar sus canciones, me relaja muchísimo su voz y las letras son preciosas. Mis canciones favoritas son: Small Bump, Drunk, Kiss me y Give me love.

9) Ed Sheeran 

This is what I´ve basically been listening for the whole month. I love coming back home from work and listening to it, his voice is so relaxing and the lyrics are beautiful. My favourite songs are: Small Bump, Drunk, Kiss me and Give me love.

10) Mint

El famoso color "mint" ha sido mi obsesión durante el verano: ropa, accesorios, esmaltes de uñas... ¡es un color súper alegre!

My travel makeup bag *Summer Edition*

¡Hola chicas!

A pesar de que mis vacaciones ya llegaron a su fin hace semanas, y aprovechando que ya tenía las fotos hechas y editadas, quería enseñaros lo que me llevé en cuanto a maquillaje se refiere. Quizás os vayáis pronto de vacaciones y os sirva de ayuda y/o referencia, aunque he de confesar que soy propensa a llevar más de lo necesario, por eso también os contaré qué cosas no llegué a usar.
