MAC Viva Glam Rihanna

¡¡Hola chicas!!

Si, soy una más que ha sucumbido al labial Viva Glam de Rihanna. Al principio no me gustó al ver las fotos promocionales, y la textura Frost  no me gusta nada (tuve un labial con esta textura y me pareció muy seco y demasiado "escarchado"), pero cuando la gente empezó a publicar fotos "reales" empecé a encontrarle un cierto encanto a este labial.

Yes, I´m one more jumping on the Rihanna lipstick bandwagon. I didn´t like it when I saw the promotional pictures, and I´m not a big fan of the Frost texture ( I had a lipstick with that texture before and it was very drying and overly "frosty"), but when people started posting pictures about the lipstick I kinda fell for it.

El envase es precioso, me encantan tanto el color rojo oscuro como la textura aterciopelada. También tiene la firma de Rihanna en el mismo envase y en la caja, y por supuesto, los 19€ pagados por el labial van en su totalidad al fondo MAC AIDS.

El labial es un rojo azulado no demasiado vivo con un bonito brillo. Es bastante cremoso, por lo que yo creo que es de delineador obligado para evitar acabar con labial por toda la cara (aunque lo tengo desde hace más de una semana, no lo he estrenado aún porque he estado pachucha, ¡así que tengo ganas ya de usarlo!).

Y vosotras, ¿os habéis hecho con este labial?

The packaging is simply gorgeous, I love the unique dark red velvety effect. It also has the Rihanna signature on the lipstick and the box, and of course, the 100% of the 19€ I paid for the lipstick go to support the MAC AIDS Fund.

The lipstick itself is a blue-ish red not too bright with a nice sheen to it. It feels very creamy on, so I guess I should wear a lipliner when I wear it out (I´ve had this lipstick for over a week but I´ve been sick and out of business!).

And you, did you get your hands on this lipstick?

CATRICE Lash Brow Designer

Este gel transparente (lo siento si da un poco de asquete a estas alturas de la película) es perfecto para mantener las cejas a raya. Lo puedes usarlo por si sólo o después de definir las cejas con lápiz o sombra.

También he probado la versión con color, pero sigo prefiriendo el trasparente. Lo compraré otra vez.

This clear gel (sorry it looks a bit gross) is perfect to keep your eyebrows in place. You can use it on its own or over a brow powder/pencil. 

I´ve used the coloured version of this gel but I still prefer the clear one. I would buy it again.

DELIPLUS Pen eyeliner 

Me gusta la idea del eyeliner con color, pero éste de Mercadona no me ha parecido nada bueno, pigmenta fatal y se me secó en seguida. No tengo ni idea de si lo siguen haciendo, pero no lo compraría otra vez.

I liked the idea of a coloured eyeliner, but this one from Mercadona (spanish supermarket) is not very pigmented and it dried up very quickly. I don´t know if they still make it, but I wouldn´t buy it again.

DELIPLUS Mineral eyeshadow

Otro producto de Mercadona. Me gustó la idea de una sombra en lápiz que puedes aplicar rápidamente y que queda bonita. Me encantó el tono (Bronce), pero este tipo de sombras en crema me hacen pliegue, así que no la compraría otra vez.

Another Mercadona product. I actually liked the idea of a eyeshadow in stick that you can apply quickly and looks good. I loved the colour (Bronce) but these kind of cream eyeshadows crease on me a lot, so I wouldn´t buy it again.

MAKEUP FOREVER Aqua Smoky Lash

Ésta es una de las mejores máscaras de pestañas que he probado, y a pesar de no ser fan número uno de las máscaras waterproof, ésta me encanta: da mucho volumen y longitud sin sentirse pesada. No es de lo más asequible del mercado y no es fácil de encontrar aquí en Irlanda (sólo hay una tienda de MUFE en Dublín), pero la compraría de nuevo.

This is one of the best mascaras I´ve ever tried: I´m not very keen on waterproof mascaras but this one is great, it gives volumen and length, it´s super longasting and doesn´t feel heavy on the eyes. It´s not cheap and not very easy to find here in Ireland (there´s only a MUFE store in Dublin) but I would buy it again.

KIEHL´S Ultra Facial Oil-free toner

Compré este tónico porque la chica de Kiehl´s me lo recomendó, pero no ha hecho que cambie mi opinión acerca de los tónicos: me parecen un producto que no hace absolutamente nada. Si, resulta refrescante, no reseca y no es agresivo con l piel, pero sinceramente puedo pasar sin él, así que no lo compraría otra vez.

I bought this because the girl at Kiehl´s recommended to me but I still have the same feeling about toners: they don´t really do anything. Yeah, it´s nice, refreshing, not drying, feels good, but I honestly can live without it so, I wouldn´t buy it again.

SOAP & GLORY Sugar Crush

Soy adicta al olor de los productos de la gama Sugar Crush, ya que resulta refrescante y dulce a la vez. Este exfoliante corporal es probablemente el mejor de la marca, y para mi, uno de los mejores del mercado. Lo compraría de nuevo.

Y vosotras, ¿qué productos habéis terminado recientemente?

I´m hooked with the Sugar Crush scent, refreshing and sweet at the same time. This body scrub is probably the best of the brand, and one of the bests in the market. I would buy it again.

Hace unas semanas probé estos nail wraps de Umberto Giannini. Han sido los primeros nail wraps que he probado y me han decepcionado mucho, a pesar de que quedaban preciosos y llamaron la atención de mucha gente cuando los llevé.

A few weeks ago I tried these nail wraps by Umberto Giannini. These were my first nail wraps ever and I felt very disappointed, although they looked beautiful on and I got a lot of compliments on them!

Aspectos que me gustaron

• Facilísimos de aplicar, ya que básicamente son pegatinas para las uñas que limas para adaptar a la longitud de tu propia uña.
• No necesitan tiempo de secado, así que puedes hacer cosas con las manos justo después sin tener arruinar la manicura.
• Diseños originales. Me encantó este diseño en concreto por su fondo negro salpicado de brillantitos.

Aspectos que no me gustaron

• No me duraron nada de nada. De hecho a la mañana siguiente ya se me había quitado más de una y otras estaban medio levantadas.
• El precio. No creo que merezca la pena pagar casi 10 euros por algo que no dura ni siquiera un día entero.

Things I liked

• Very easy to apply, they are basically stickers for the nails that you file to accomodate to the length of your own nail.
• No drying time needed, you can do stuff straight away without ruining your manicure.
• Original designs. I fell in love with this wraps: I loved the nail background with loads of little studs on it.

Things I didn´t like

• Not longlasting at all. Some of them came off the morning after.
• The price. Almost 10 euro for something that doesn´t even last for 24 hours? Not good.

Definitivamente no volveré a comprarlos, pero sigo con ganas de probar unos nail wraps en condiciones, ¿alguna recomendación?

I definitely won´t buy this again but I don´t give up and I´d like to try another brands. Any recommendations?

Simple Cleansing Facial Wipes

Compré este mini pack antes de irme de vacaciones (si, han pasado siglos ya...) y me gustaron mucho. Encontrar unas buenas toallitas es una tarea un tanto difícil ya que o no están lo suficientemente impregnadas de producto o el material en si no es lo suficientemente suave. En cambio, éstas son perfectas. Se suben un poco de precio, pero creo que merecen la pena y seguramente compre el tamaño venta.

I got this little pack in Boots before I went on holidays (yeah, that was ages ago!) and I really like them. It´s hard to find good cleansing wipes because sometimes they don´t have enough product, or the fabric is too rough... but Simple wipes are fab. They are a bit pricey but I would purchase the full size pack of wipes.

Balance Me Pure Skin Face Wash

Esta minitalla vino con una Glamour hace un par de meses. La usé entera mientras estuve de vacaciones y me gustó mucho: deja la piel limpia sin resecar. Si que consideraría comprarla en un futuro cuando termine mi limpiadora favorita de Kiehl´s, ya veremos :)

This sample came with a Glamour magazine a couple months ago. I used it all up while I was on holidays and I loved it: it left my skin feeling clean but not dry. I would consider buying it in a future when I finish my beloved Kiehl´s cleanser, we´ll see :)

The Body Shop Moringa Shower Gel and Body Butter

Esta gama tiene un aroma floral algo intenso que a mi me encanta, pero puede no ser del gusto de todo el mundo. El gel de ducha está bien, pero para ser sincera es un gel de ducha más y prefiero comprar geles más baratos.

La manteca corporal es una pasada, muy cremosa pero no pesada y súper hidratante. Sin lugar a dudas compraré el tamaño grande de cualquiera de las mantecas de TBS.

These products have a strong floral scent, not everyone´s cuppa tea, but I really like it. The shower gel was nice, but to be honest, it´s just another shower gel and I prefer buy a less expensive one.

The body butter is amazing, creamy and nourishing. No doubt I will purchase the full size of any of The Body Shop´s body butters.

YSL Le Teint Touche Eclat

Ésta es la versión base del famoso corrector iluminador Touche Eclat. La consistencia es muy parecida a la de la Chanel Vitalumière Aqua que tanto adoro, de apariencia natural, luminosa y fácil de difuminar, pero... me salen brillos en menos de un par de horas. Así que lo siento, pero no es para mi.

This is the foundation version of the original Touche Eclat highlighting pen. The consistency is very similar to the Chanel Vitalumière Aqua foundation, natural looking, luminous and easy to blend, but... I get really shiny in not even a couple hours. So I won´t buy the full size.

Chanel Body Excellence Hand Cream

No tengo mucho que decir acerca de esta crema, está bien a secas pero no es demasiado hidratante en mi opinión, así que no funcionaría para mi en invierno. Y para ser sincera, no compraría una crema de manos tan cara: Neutrogena Fórmula Noruega y S & G Hand Food son lo suficientemente buenas para mi.

Not a lot to say about this cream, it was nice but not too moisturizing, so it wouldn´t for for me in winter time. And to be honest, I wouldn´t buy a fancy hand cream: Neutrogena Norwegian Formula and S & G Hand Food are good enough for me. 

Chanel Ultra Correction Lift

Me ha parecido una buena hidratante de noche, probablemente más adecuada a pieles más secas y/o maduras. Es buena, pero no es para mi.

This is a nice, rich night cream, probably better for dry or mature skin. It´s a good moisturizer, but not for me.

Chanel Chance

Y, por último, una muestra de perfume. No me suelen gustar los perfumes de Chanel porque los veo "poco juveniles", pero este me ha gustado bastante. Pero... Miss Dior Cherie sigue en lo más alto de la lista para mi :)

Last of all, there´s a perfume sample. I´m not a big fan of Chanel perfumes as they smell a bit "old" for me, but this one was quite nice. But... Miss Dior Cherie still at the top of the list for me :)

The Bronze of Champions

Cuánto tiempo, ¿verdad? Ya estoy de vuelta después de un parón algo forzado y más largo de lo que esperaba. Si me seguís por FB, Twitter e Instagram sabréis por qué: se me estropeó el portátil, me mudé a otra casa, en la cual no dispongo de WiFi (espero solucionar este tema pronto, hasta entonces voy tirando con uno de esos USBs...) y después de todo esto, me fui de vacaciones.

En el avión de vuelta, compré este set de Benefit: The Bronze of Champions (26€).

Long time no see ya!! I´m back after a forced break (longer than I expected), and if you follow me on FB, Twitter or Instagram you´ll know why: my laptop died, I moved house where I don´t have WiFi yet (I´m using one of those USB sticks...) and then I was gone on holidays. 

On my way back from my lovely holidays I bought this Benefit set in the aeroplane: The Bronze of Champions (26€).

Este kit es genial para lucir un look bronceado, perfecto para esta época del año. Viene en una cajita de cartón duro que después se puede reutilizar y usar, por ejemplo, como joyero :)

This kit is great to achieve a bronze-y look, perfect for this holidays. It comes in a hard cardboard box, which can be re-used (maybe as a little jewelry box? :D).

Viene con 6 minitallas:

• Whatt´s up! highlighter: iluminador color champán en stick. Tenía muchas ganas de probar este producto, y a pesar de que me encanta el color, estoy un poco decepcionada porque la textura no es lo que esperaba y me resulta un poco difícil de difuminar.
• Hoola bronzing powder: bronceador mate. Se puede usar como bronceador por toda la cara o como polvo para contornear. Me gusta mucho.
• Thanks a latte eyeshadow: color topo muy suave precioso, perfecto para diario.
• Bikini-tini creaseless cream eyeshadow: color champán muy clarito. Me encanta el tono, la textura, ¡e incluso el nombre!
• They´re Real mascara: llevo una temporada usando esta máscara de pestañas, ya que conseguí una muestra con una revista y me gusta bastante. Haré una review pronto.
• Hoola lipgloss: nude amarronado con shimmer dorado. Es muy ligero, nada pegajoso y lo uso todos los días.

¿Habéis probado alguno de estos productos?

It comes with 6 mini-sized products:

• Whatt´s up! highlighter: champagne highlighter in a stick. I really wanted to try this product and although I love the shade, I´m a bit disappointed with the consistency, as it can result difficult to blend.
• Hoola bronzing powder: matte bronzer. It can be used as a bronzer all over your face or as contouring powder. Love it so far.
• Thanks a latte eyeshadow: beautiful taupe shade, perfect for everyday use.
• Bikini-tini creaseless cream eyeshadow: light champagne colour. Love the shade, the consistency, and it has the cutest of the names!
• They´re Real mascara: I´ve been using this mascara for a while as I got a sample with a magazine and I quite like it. I´ll be writing a review soon.
• Hoola lipgloss: brown(ish) nude with gold shimmer. Very light, non sticky. I love it and I use it everyday.

Todos los que me conocen saben de mi obsesión por el color rojo: tengo un montón de ropa de color rojo en mi armario y he usado gafas de montura roja durante la friolera de seis años. Y ahora, estoy obesionada con los labiales rojos.

La idea de este post me vino a la cabeza cuando una amiga me llamó "woman in red" (la mujer de rojo). Y tú, ¿eres una "woman in red"?

Those who know me are well aware about my obsession with red colour: I have loads of red clothes in my wardrobe and I was the proud owner of a pair of red glasses that I wore for around 6 years. And now, I´m also obsessed with red lipstick.

The idea of this blogpost popped into my head when a friend of mine called me "woman in red". And you, are you a woman in red? :)

El perfilador que suelo usar normalmente es el Kiko 706 Smart Lip Pencil, que es bastante cálido, por lo que debería comprarme uno más frío. ¿Alguna recomendación?

Sleek Electro Peach pout polish es un bálsamo labial con un toque de color melocotón rojizo (es más rojo en el envase que en los labios). Es muy fácil de llevar, pero dura muy poco puesto.

Nars Manhunt es mi opción preferida para el día. Es un rojo amapola muy ligero y translúcido, perfecto para primavera y verano.

Rimmel Apocalips Big Bang es un rojo clásico, un must-have. Me gusta mucho la textura de estos lip lacquers, quedan preciosos y con el aspecto de un gloss, pero aportan más duración (y son más confortables en los labios).

MAC Runaway Red es my labial favorito de toda mi colección (y es Edición Limitada, ¡una pena!). Es un rojo intenso de base azulada, ¡muy favorecedor y preciosísimo! Es de textura Satin.

MAC Ronnie Red es la última incorporación a la familia. Es un tono rojo frambuesa que se podría incluir en el bando de los labiales rojos-rosados. Es de textura Matte y dura un montón, los labios quedan tintados, y a pesar de desmaquillarme a conciencia, he llegado a levantarme a la mañana siguiente con restos de rojo.

¿Cuál es vuestro rojo de labios preferido?

The lip pencil that I use for most of my lipsticks is Kiko 706 Smart Lip Pencil, which is quite warm toned, so I shoud get a cooler one, any reccomendations?

Sleek Electro Peach pout polish is a lip balm with a hint of peachy red to it. It´s very wearable and easy to wear, but not very longasting.

Nars Manhunt is my favourite red lipstick for the daytime. It´s a sheer poppy red, perfect for spring and summer.

Rimmel Apocalips Big Bang lip lacquer is a classic red, a must-have. I love the texture of these lip lacquers, they look really nice and glossy and they last very well on me.

MAC Runaway Red is my all time favourite lipstick (it´s Limited Edition, so saaaaaaaad!!). It´s a blue based deep red, very flattering and absolutely gorgeous! It´s a Satin formula.

MAC Ronnie Red  is the last addition to the family. It´s a raspberry red colour that gravitates towards the pink side. It´s a Matte formula and lasts for ages (it also stains your lips!).

Garnier Body Intensive 7 Days Ultra-Softening Lotion 

Redacté una mini review de este producto hace una semanas (podéis leerla aquí) y, como dije en su día, me gusta mucho. Tiene una consistencia fluida y ligera, pero es muy rica e hidratante al mismo tiempo, lo cual me gusta, porque odio cuando las cremas tardan mucho en absorberse.

A pesar de que me gusta mucho, no la volveré a comprar de momento, porque tengo hidratantes abiertas para una larga temporada (de Soap & Glory y Apivita).

Bioderma Sébium Pore Refiner

Me gusta muchísimo y ya lo he sacado en varias entradas de favoritos. Mantiene mi piel sin brillos durante horas y horas, sin ensuciar los poros y provocar granos, como otras prebases súper siliconadas (Sephora, te estoy mirando a ti).

Ahora mismo estoy en mi segundo bote así que lo volveré a comprar otra vez, y otra, y otra...

MAC Studio Fix Fluid

Ésta fue mi base de maquillaje favorita durante mucho tiempo, hasta que Chanel entró en mi vida. De todas maneras, me propuse terminar el bote para tenerlo listo para un B2M, y conseguí hacerla parecer más natural usando la brocha buffing brush de Real Techniques en húmedo.

Después de profesarle amor eterno a la Vitalumiére Aqua de Chanel (que me llegue por el tercer bote es buen indicativo, ¿no?) dudo mucho que vuelva a la de MAC.

Soap & Glory The Scrub of your life

Me gusta este exfoliante, hace su cometido de manera efectiva y huele estupendamente, pero cuando probé el Sugar Crush de la misma marca, un mundo nuevo se abrió ante mi, y prefiero ésta última sin lugar a dudas. Así que... no, no la volveré a comprar.

Kiehl´s Ultra Facial Oil-Free Cleanser

Mi limpiadora favorita. No tengo mucho más que decir, ya que profesé todo mi amor hacia ella en esta entrada y, como os podéis imaginar la respuesta es si, la compraré de nuevo.

Soap & Glory Clean on Me

Me encanta este gel de ducha, no reseca, hace mucha espuma y huele genial. 

A pesar de que es un pelín caro para un gel de ducha (6-7 euros), merece la pena y cunde mucho, así que lo compraré de nuevo.

Garnier Body Intensive 7 Days Ultra-Softening Lotion 

I did a mini review on this product a while ago (you can read it here) and, as I said, I really like it.  It has a light consistency but it´s very moisturizing at the same time, which I like, because I hate when you have to rub the moisturizer into your skin for ages. 

Although I like it a lot, I won´t be buying it again (at least for now) because I have moisturizers for a lifetime (Soap & Glory and Apivita).

Bioderma Sébium Pore Refiner

Love this stuff and I´ve featured it in a few favourite posts already. It keeps my skin shine free for hours and it doesn´t clog my pores or breakes me out.

I´m using my second tube so, yes, I´ll buy it again, and again, and again...

MAC Studio Fix Fluid

I loved this foundation for a really long time until Chanel came into my life. However, I wanted to finish the bottle (B2M soon! yay!) and I managed to make it more natural using a slightly damp Real Techniques buffing brush.

Since I´m totally in love with my Chanel Vitalumiére Aqua foundation (3 used bottles prove it, don´t they?) I don´t think I´ll repurchase this MAC foundation.

Soap & Glory The Scrub of your life

I like this scrub, it works quite well and smells amazing (Clean on me shower gel scent) but, since I´ve tried the Soap & Glory Sugar Crush, a new world was opened to me, and I like that one better. So, I won´t buy it again.

Kiehl´s Ultra Facial Oil-Free Cleanser

My holy grail cleanser. I don´t have a lot to say, because I professed all my love for this facial cleanser here, so go and check that out! (As you may imagine the answer is yes, I´ll buy it again!)

Soap & Glory Clean on Me

Love this shower gel. It doesn´t dry my skin out, it foams up very nicely and the scent is gorgeous.

Although is a bit pricey (6-7 euro for a shower gel is not a bargain, to be honest) I´d like to buy it again :)

The Best of: V05

Hoy quería hablaros de esta marca de productos capilares (de difícil acceso en España, sorry...) que me gusta tanto: V05. Descubrí esta marca cuando regresé a Irlanda en junio, y desde entonces no he  usado otra (y ya es difícil que eso pase porque me encanta probar cosas nuevas).

Today I wanna talk about a hair brand that I like so much: V05. I discovered this brand when I came back to Ireland, back in June, and I haven´t used another one since then.

Mis dos productos favoritos (sin lugar a duda) son el champú y el acondicionador de la gama Gloss me Smoothly para cabellos encrespados.

Ambos productos están enriquecidos con proteína de seda y una mezcla de 5 aceites esenciales (aceite de aguacate, de argán, de albaricoque, de semilla de uva y de jojoba). Estos ingredientes cuidan el cabello y ayudan a eliminar el encrespamiento, aportando suavidad y brillo. 

A pesar de contener una cierta cantidad de aceites, mi cabello no se siente graso ni se me ensucia antes. Además, este champú y acondicionador dejan un olor delicioso en el cabello.

My two favourite products are (no doubt) the shampoo and the conditioner from the Gloss me Smoothly range for frizzy hair. 

Both products are infused with Satin Silk and a essential 5 oil blend (avocado oil, argan oil, apricot oil, grape seed oil and jojoba oil). These ingredients take care of your hair and make it smooth, soft to the touch, manageable and shiny.

Although they contain certain amount of oils, they don´t make my hair greasy at all. Also, the shampoo and conditioner make your hair smell amazing.

Mi segundo favorito es la laca de la gama Ultimate Hold, que he descubierto recientemente. Dice ser resistente al agua, que obviamente no es (no os penséis que va a caer el chaparrón del siglo y el pelo va a permanecer intacto xD), pero aguanta bastante bien incluso en ambientes bastante húmedos.

No deja residuo y huele muy bien. ¡Por fin! ¡Una laca que no huele a señora!

Lo siento L´Oreal Elnett... pero he encontrado un sustituto :)

My second favourite is the Ultimate Hold hairspray, which I´ve discovered recently. It claims to be water resistant, which obviously doesn´t, but it holds your hairstyle even in humid environments.

It doesn´t leave residues and it smells good. Finally!!! A hairspray that doesn´t make me smell like an old lady!!

Sorry L´Oreal Elnett... but I´ve found a replacement :)

Por último, tengo el spray de peinado Give me texture. Lo uso cuando no tengo tiempo para adecentarme el pelo sin tener que usar planchas o rizadores, ya que ayuda a eliminar el encrespamiento y a definir las ondas naturales. También lo uso como sustitutivo de la laca cuando me he ondulo el pelo con las planchas.

La única pega es el propio spray: el producto no se dispersa adecuadamente, sino que sale un chorrete, pero por lo demás, es un buen producto,

Last, but not least, I have the Give me texture tousled style spray. I use this when I don´t have time to style my hair but I wanna go out with decent, defined natural waves. I also reach for this when I don´t have hairspray and I wanna hold the curls I´ve created with my straightener.

The only downside is the spray, which squirts the product instead of spraying it evenly but, other than that, this is a great product to have.

En resumen, me gusta esta marca porque:

• ofrece productos de gran calidad por menos de 5 euros
• tiene una amplia variedad de productos (tengo muchas ganas de probar los aceites capilares y la mascarilla, entre otros)
• el "packaging" es atractivo y femenino, y los productos en si huelen genial

Overall, I like this brand because: 

• it offers high quality products for no more than a fiver
• it offers a wide variety of products (I wanna try the oils, the hair mask, etc...)

Boots Haul

¡¡Hola chicas!!

El viernes pasado me pasé por Boots para comprar algunos básicos de aseo y, junto a ellos, se tuvieron que venir a casa conmigo alguna que otra cosilla (todos ellos productos de uñas y labios que, por si no os habíais dado cuenta estoy de nuevo en "fase labial" -echad un vistazo a nuevas adquisiciones aquí y aquí).

Last Friday I went into Boots to pick up some toiletries and, along with that, I bought some new nail and lip products (I´m going through a "lip phase" lately, if you haven´t noticed it xD: have a look here and here).

• Essie Winter 2012 Collection set de esmaltes (19,99€): Llevaba algún tiempo detrás de dos de los esmaltes de este set (el Leading Lady y el Beyond Cozy), así que no podía dejar pasar este set. El esmalte rojo (Snapp Happy) también promete.
• L´Oreal Top Coat Confettis y Boudoir Rose esmaltes de uñas (7,55€ cada uno, 10,50€ los dos juntos): Confettis es un top coat muy original con glitter en blanco y negro de diferentes tamaños, y Boudoir Rose es un rosa apagado muy bonito. ¡Tengo muchas ganas de probarlos!
• Revlon Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stain en el tono Lovesick (9,50€): Éste es el clon de los Chubby Sticks de Clinique, y me está gustando muchísimo. Tiene una textura ligera muy agradable, huele genial, es muy pigmentado (¡y me encanta el color!) y dura bastante tiempo puesto.
• L´Oreal Caresse Shine Stain en el tono Lolita (12,29€): ¡Otro clon! En este caso, de las Glossy Stains de YSL, que tengo un montón de ganas de probar. Elegí el tono Lolita, que es un color labio con brillitos muy pequeños. Me está gustando, sobre todo porque se siente muy ligero en los labios y no es nada pegajoso.

¿Habéis probado alguno de estos productos?

• Essie Winter 2012 Collection nail polish set (19,99€): I wanted two of the nail polishes (Leading Lady and Beyond Cozy) featured in this set for quite a long time, so I had to have it!! The third shade (Snapp Happy) is nice as well.
• L´Oreal Top Coat Confettis and Boudoir Rose nail polishes (7,55€ each, 10,50€ the two of them): Confettis is a really cool top coat that contains different sizes of black and white glitter, and Boudoir Rose is a nice dusky pink. Can´t wait to use them!
• Revlon Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stain in Lovesick (9,50€): This is the drugstore dupe for the Clinique Chubby Sticks and, so far so good. Nice texture and smell, pretty decent staying power, good colour pay-off and lovely shade!
• L´Oreal Caresse Shine Stain in Lolita (12,29€): This lip product is also a dupe for a high end product: the YSL Glossy Stains, which I´m dying to try. I picked up the shade Lolita, which is a "my lips but better" kinda colour. It feels very light and non sticky, and I like it so far!

A lo largo del último mes he acabado unos cuantos productos así que, como es habitual, quería compartir con vosotras mi opinión acerca de ellos. ¿Qué poductos habéis acabado recientemente?

I´ve finished up a few products in the last month, so I wanna share with you my thoughts about them. What beauty products have you used up recently?

V05 Gloss me smoothly champú.

Este champú es espectacular. Contiene cinco aceites diferentes: de aguacate, de argán, de semillas de uva, de albaricoque y de jojoba; esta mezcla de aceites deja mi pelo muy suave, manejable, brillante pero no graso. También ayuda a controlar el encrespamiento y es baratísimo.

He usado unos cuantos de éstos desde que descubrí la marca (a la venta en Boots, Penney´s Dunnes Stores y Tesco) ¡y sin lugar a dudas voy a seguir usándolo!

Avène Cleanance hidratante facial.

He probado montones de hidratantes para pieles grasas pero nunca he llegado a repetir con ninguna. Eso fue hasta que descubrí la emulsión hidratante de la gama Cleanance de Avène. Se siente ligera en la piel e incluso refrescante/calmante (contiene agua termal), y deja la piel mate pero con vida. ¡Es la hidratante perfecta para llevar bajo la base!

Ahora mismo estoy con mi segundo tubo así que, si, la compraré de nuevo.

Johnson´s Daily Essentials toallitas desmaquillantes.

I´m very fuzzy as far as cleansing wipes go, and these wipes are just perfect for me!! I bought them because they were on offer and I´m very pleased with the results: the wipe itself is very soft and soaked in product, which removes all my makeup without drying my skin (sometimes wipes are too drying!!). 

I don´t use cleansing wipes all the time, but they are great for travelling or lazy days, so I would buy these again.

Soap & Glory Clean on me gel de ducha.

Esta minitalla vino con uno de los sets de regalo que compré las navidades pasadas. Es súper cremoso e hidratante, y a pesar de ser un pelín caro (la verdad que pagar 10€ por un gel de baño es demasiado), cunde un montón y el bote de tamaño venta (que es enorme) me va a durar meses. Así que la respuesta es si, lo compraría de nuevo.

Marc Jacobs Oh Lola! eau de parfum.

Mis amigas me regalaron este perfume por mi cumpleaños el año pasado y (obviamente) lo he usado muchísimo, specialmente en verano. Soy malísima describiendo aromas, pero diría que tiene notas frutales (¿y quizás también florales?) y es intensa pero fresca.

La botella en si es preciosísima, y aunque está vacía, la sigo conservando porque queda taaaan bonita... Por tanto, si, la volveré a comprar en un futuro.

Vaseline Aloe Fresh hidratante corporal.

Una amiga me dio esta hidratante cuando se fue de Galway (¡junto con muchas más cositas!) y me ha gustado. Es muy ligera y refrescante, se absorbe con rapidez y es lo suficientemente hidratante para mi, que no tengo una piel excesivamente seca.

La marca Vaseline hace muy buenas hidratantes, pero si tengo que elegir entre Vaseline o Garnier y Soap & Glory, me quedo con éstas sin lugar a duda, así que probablemente no vuelva a comprar este producto.

V05 Gloss me smoothly shampoo.

This shampoo is absolutely amazing. It contains five different oils: avocado oil, argan oil, grape seed oil, apricot oil and jojoba oil; this blend of oils leave my hair feeling lovely, incredibly soft and manageable but not greasy. It also helps to control frizz, and is very inexpensive.

I´ve used up several bottles of this shampoo since I discovered this brand (available in Boots and Primark/Penney´s), and I´ll keep using it because I love the results!

Avène Cleanance face moisturizer.

I´ve tried loads of face moisturizers for oily skin but I din´t fell in love with them. Then I discovered Avène Cleanance: it´s lightweight and refreshing, and it leaves a matte finish that lasts a few hours. It´s the best moisturizer to wear under foundation!

This is my second tube and of course, I´ll be buying it again!

This little sample size came with one of the gift sets I bought last Christmas. It´s very creamy and moisturizing and although it´s a bit pricey (paying 10€ for a shower gel is crazy, to be honest) a little bit goes a long way and the full size bottle (which I have at the moment) will last a few months. So the answer is yes, I would buy it again!

Marc Jacobs Oh Lola! eau de parfum.

I received this perfume as a birthday present from my lovely friends and I´ve been enjoying it so much, specially during the summer months. I´m terrible describing scents but this smells fruity (maybe a little bit floral as well?) and fresh to me.

The packaging is absolutely gorgeous and I love how the bottle looks sitting on my vanity (yes, I still have the empty bottle! haha!), so I would buy it again in a future.

Vaseline Aloe Fresh body moisturizer.

A friend gave this moisturizer to me when she was leaving Galway (along with some other stuff -thank you Silvia, come baaaaack!!-) and I liked it. It´s light, refreshing and moisturizing enough for me (my skin isn´t very dry).

Vaseline does great moisturizers, but if I have to choose between Vaseline or Soap & Glory and Garnier, these two brands would win over Vaseline, so I probably won´t buy it again.
