Hola chicas, ¿qué tal? Espero que estéis disfrutando del verano estéis donde estéis. El tiempo aquí es penoso, pero es lo que hay, es Irlanda :)

Este mes mis favoritos combinan productos que no he usado en una temporada y que he vuelto a redescubrir y otros nuevos que estoy sacando mucho partido.

This month I´ve been loving products I haven´t used in a while and also enjoying some new things.

MAQUILLAJE // MAKEUP

1) TOPSHOP Cream Blush en el tono Flush.

Este mes he estado usando mucho este colorete en crema de TopShop. Al principio no lo daba mucho uso, pero he encontrado la manera perfecta de aplicarlo (con la buffing brush de Real Techniques) y ahora me encanta.

Puede asustar al verlo a simple vista, ya que es un rosa muy llamativo, pero una vez en las mejillas, queda muy natural.

2) BENEFIT Erase Paste en el tono 02.

Hubo una temporada en la que usaba muchísimo este corrector, pero de repente, y sin razón alguna (bueno si, hay un motivo y se llama Lasting Perfection Concealer de Collection 2000) dejé de utilizarlo hace algunos meses.

Es un corrector muy bueno, pero hay que dar con la brocha perfecta para aplicarlo y que no quede demasiado artificial, ya que tiene una consistencia muy espesa. Me gusta aplicarlo usando dos brochas de Real Techniques: la pointed foundation brush para la zona de las ojeras, y la buffing brush para cualquier imperfección que pueda tener en el rostro. ¡Me encantan los resultados!

3) MAC lipstick en el tono Runaway Red.

Este mes me he sentido muy aventurera y he llevado los labios en rojo bastantes veces. Y qué queréis que os diga, me ha encantado la experiencia.

Parecerá una bobada, pero la mayoría de las veces no me siento nada cómoda llevando un labial rojo, siento que me va a mirar todo el mundo y al final acabo quitándomelo antes de salir de casa. Pero un día pensé: "¿Sabes qué? Un día te compraste esta preciosidad de labial de MAC, así que échale un par, ¡¡y úsalo!!" Y desde entonces no puedo vivir sin él #lovestory

1) TOPSHOP Cream Blush in Flush.

This month I´ve been loving this cream blusher by TopShop. It looks quite scary in the pan, but once you put it on, it gives you the most natural and beautiful pink flush (hence the name!).

I usually apply it with my buffing brush from Real Techniques.

2) BENEFIT Erase Paste in 02.

I used to love this concealer when I got it but I don´t know why (well, I know why, and the reason is called Collection 2000 Lasting Perfection Concealer :P) I stopped using it a few months ago.

It´s a great concealer, and I´ve been using two different brushes from Real Techniques to apply it: the pointed foundation brush for the undereye area and the buffing brush for any blemishes on my face. Love the results!!!!

3) MAC lipstick in Runaway Red.

This month I felt really adventurous and I wore red lipstick several times. And I loved it. 

I know this is not a big deal, but sometimes I don´t feel comfortable enough wearing red lips, I don´t know why!! But I thought: You know what? You have this stunning red lipstick by MAC, so wear it!!!!

SKINCARE & HAIRCARE

4) GARNIER Summerbody Moisturising Lotion Sun-kissed look.

Os enseñé esta hidratante bronceadora en mi último haul, y he de decir que me gusta muchísimo. Huele genial, es muy hidratante y da a la piel un tono ligeramente bronceado muy natural. Hay dos tonos, "light" y "medium", y he de decir que debería de haber comprado el "medium", pero no sabía si iba a quedar muy artificial, así que acabé comprando el tono más claro.

5) BALANCE ME Wonder Eye Cream.

Conseguí una minitalla de este contorno de ojos con la Glamour del mes pasado (versión UK) y he estado usándolo todas las noches. Tiene una textura muy agradable, ligera y de fácil absorción pero muy hidratante al mismo tiempo.


Tengo muchas ganas de probar más productos de esta marca, y al investigar un poco por la red he encontrado que están a la venta en LookFantastic.

6) L´OREAL Elnett laca.

Definitivamente, es mi laca favorita de todas las que he probado. Al venirme a Irlanda, dejé mi bote grande en mi casa de España, así que compré en Boots este bote pequeño, que viene muy bien para transportar si paso un fin de semana fuera y demás. De todas maneras, siempre sale mejor de precio comprar el tamaño grande, así que se vendrá conmigo a casa en breves.


Fija muy bien sin dejar residuos ni el pelo acartonado, y además el olor es bastante aceptable (hay lacas que apestan, ¿verdad?)

4) GARNIER Summerbody Moisturising Lotion Sun-kissed look.

I featured this in my last haul and I really, really like it. I love the scent, it´s super moisturising and gives my skin a really nice glow, but I shoud have bought the Medium one (this is the light version and I think it´s way too light for me!). However, it´s a great product!!

5) BALANCE ME Wonder Eye Cream.

I got this eye cream with last month´s issue of Glamour magazine and I´ve been using it every single night. It has a really nice texture, light but moisturising at the same time.

I really wanna try more products from this organic brand, they look fantastic! You can get Balance Me products online.

6) L´OREAL Elnett Hairspray.

This is my all time favourite hairspray. I left my big bottle in Spain so I purchased this travel size, but I´ve finished it already so I´ll ge getting a new bottle as soon as posible!

It holds very well without leaving weird residues, and the scent is quite decent (some hairsprays smell horrible, don´t you think?).

7) ALL STAR Converse "Anchor Print".

Me encantan las Converse y siempre estoy buscando estampados originales, así que cuando vi este modelo no me pude resistir. ¡¡Son taaaaan bonitas!!

8) Ice Age 4: La formación de los continentes.

Aunque me gustaron mucho las películas anteriores, no tenía muchas expectativas con ésta, pero terminé pasándomelo genial en el cine... ¡es súper divertida! La recomiendo sin lugar a dudas :)

8) Ice Age 4: Continental Drift.

Although I loved the previous movies I didn´t expect anything spectacular about this one, but I ended up having a great time at the cinema. It was so funny!!! I really recommend it!

Sin dudarlo, la canción elegida es ésta. No he parado de escucharla... ¡una y otra vez!

Cuando compro online suelo buscar en Google si hay cupones descuento para determinadas webs, y hasta ahora sólo había encontrado webs en inglés que recopilan códigos para diversas páginas.

NOTD Mission Lilac

¡¡Hola chicas!!

Aprovechando que el tiempo está mejorando bastante aquí en Irlanda (a ver lo que dura, ejem ¬¬), he optado por este tono alegre y vivo de la última colección de Catrice, llamada Revoltaire.

Mission Lilac es un fucsia aframbuesado intenso. La fórmula es muy buena para el precio que tienen estos esmaltes (2,49€), y con dos capas se obtiene un resultado totalmente opaco.

Para darle un poco más de vida, añadí una capa del esmalte de uñas Confetti de H & M, que contiene trozos de glitter pequeñitos con otros más grandes en tonos rosa, plata, dorado, azul y verde.

Since the weather is getting slightly better here in Ireland, I decided to wear a bright and colorful shade from Catrice´s Revoltaire LE collection.

Mission Lilac is a cool-toned deep fuchsia with a hint of berry. The formula is great, opaque in 2 coats, which is brilliant for a 2,49€ nail polish!

I was in the mood for some glitter, so I added a layer of H & M´s Confetti, a mixture of pink, silver, gold, blue and green chunks of glitter and tiny particles of glitter suspended in a clear base.

¡Hola chicas! Hoy os voy a enseñar unas cosillas que he comprado en las últimas semanas :)

Primero, y para no variar, piqué con algunas cosas en Boots:

Garnier Summerbody moisturising lotion. Todo el mundo habla maravillas de esta hidratante bronceadora, así que decidí probarla. Llevo usándola un par de semanas y me está gustando mucho: tiene una textura muy rica, por lo que resulta muy hidratante, y me da un ligero colorcillo (quizás debería de haberme inclinado por la versión para pieles medias, eso si).

Suele costar unos 10 euros, pero estaba a mitad de precio, ¡así que no me pude resistir!

Maybelline Dream Fresh BB Cream. La verdad es que no estoy nada segura de lo que pienso acerca de esta BB Cream... a veces me encanta y otras veces la odio. La textura es muy agradable y resulta muy refrescante al aplicarla, el tono (Light) me va perfecto, y el precio es estupendo (10€), pero me da la impresión de que el acabado es demasiado jugoso para mi tipo de piel. De todas maneras, ¡os mantendré al tanto de mi opinión final!

Nº7 Vivid Violet esmalte de uñas. ¡Me encanta el color! Lo podéis ver en acción aquí.

Hi guys! Today I wanna show you a few things I bought recently :)

First up, I picked up a few things from Boots:

Garnier Summerbody moisturising lotion. Everyone in the beauty world is raving about this, so I decided to give it a go. I really like it so far, it´s very moisturizing and gives me a subtle, but lovely colour. 

It usually costs around 10€ but I got it half-price. Bargain!!

Maybelline Dream Fresh BB Cream. I´m not sure about this yet... sometimes I like it, sometimes I hate it. The texture is really nice and it feels very refreshing, the shade (Light) is perfect match for me and the price is fantastic (10€), but sometimes I feel like it´s too glowy for my skin-type. I´ll keep you updated!

Nº7 Vivid Violet nail polish. Love this shade!! I´m wearing it here.

Garnier Simply Essentials: toallitas y desmaquillante bifásico. Me encanta esta línea de Garnier, y no me pude resistir al ver una oferta de 2 productos cualquiera de la gama por 5,50€.

El bifásico funciona de maravilla, eliminando todos los restos de maquillaje (incluso la máscara de pestañas waterproof) y las toallitas son de las mejores que he probado (os cuento más acerca de ellas en mi última entrada de favoritos).

Garnier Simply Essentials: facial cleansing wipes and soothing 2 in 1 makeup remover. Love this range of facial products, and I found an offer of 2 products for 5,50€ so I couldn´t resist!

The 2 in 1 makeup remover works beautifully, removing every single bit of makeup, even waterproof mascara. The cleansing wipes are also brilliant (I featured them in my monthly favourites, so go ahead and have a look!)

Encontré un stand enorme y muy completo de Catrice en una farmacia cerca de mi casa, así que compré un par de cositas de la colección Revoltaire y otras de la línea permanente: esmaltes de uñas Mission Lilac (rosa frambuesa) y After Eight (duocromo entre verde oscuro y negro, para ser sinceros, ¡creo que es la sombra Club de MAC hecha esmalte de uñas!), labial Colour Bomb (coral rosado de acabado mate), perfilador de labios Lost in the Rosewood (el perfecto nude con un punto de rosa).

No recuerdo los precios, pero todo ronda entre los 3 y los 5€.

I found a huge stand of Catrice in a pharmacy near my house, so I bought a couple of things from the Revoltaire collection and other stuff from their permanent line: Mission Lilac nail polish (raspberry pink colour), After Eight nail polish (blackened green metallic colour), Colour Bomb lipstick (matte coraly pink), Lost in the Rosewood lipliner (the perfect nude pink shade).

I forgot the prices, but everything costs between 3-5€.

Y, por último, me hice con un ejemplar de la Glamour UK, que este mes viene con productos de la marca orgánica británica Balance Me (se puede elegir entre un bálsamo de labios, un contorno de ojos, una limpiadora facial y una hidratante). Yo me decidí por la Wonder Eye Cream y me está gustando mucho. Deja la zona del contorno hidratada y suave, y se absorbe enseguida.

And last, but not least... Glamour freebies!! You can choose between a lipbalm, an eye cream, a moisturizer and a facial wash from the organic british brand Balance Me. I picked up the Wonder Eye Cream and I really like it!! It leaves my under eye area feeling nice and moisturized.

¡Hola chicas!

A veces el clásico look "cat-eye" es algo complicado de realizar en ojos con el párpado caído, pero no imposible, sólo hay que encontrar la técnica adecuada. El típico eyeliner con rabillo suele empezar más fino y engrosarse progresivamente, pero en mi caso, debo de realizar una línea uniforme, algo más gruesa al final.

Sometimes the "cat-eye" look is tricky to achieve if we have hooded eyes, but not impossible. The typical winged liner starts thinner and gets thicker as it goes, but we should go for a uniform line instead, slightly thicker at the end.

Nailcare routine + NOTD Vivid Violet

Prácticamente todas las semanas os enseño un nuevo esmalte de uñas, pero nunca os he hablado acerca de la rutina que sigo para hacerme la manicura.

Es muy simple y rápida, usando productos de lo más básico, ¡nada del otro mundo!

Almost every week I show you a new nail polish, but I´ve never talked about my nailcare routine before.

This routine is very simple and quick, and the products I use are very basic, nothing fancy!!

1. Comienzo con las uñas limpias y sin esmalte, aplicando Burt´s Bees Res-Q-Ointment (1): hidrata y ablanda las cutículas, y de esta manera nos resultará más fácil retirarlas.

2. Después, empujo y retiro las cutículas con un palito de naranjo (2) y un quitacutículas de toda la vida (3).

3. A continuación, limo las uñas con la lima de cristal de Sephora (4) o con una lima tradicional, de las de cartón de siempre (5). Me gustan las uñas cortitas y ligeramente redondeadas.

1. I start with clean, bare nails. My cuticles are very dry, so I apply Burt´s Bees Res-Q-Ointment (1): this will allow my cuticles to soften, to make them easier to remove later on.

2. After that, I push back and remove the cuticles with an orange wood cuticle pusher (2) and a traditional cuticle remover (3).

3. Next up, I file my nails using my Sephora crystal nail file (4) or a cardboard nail file (5). I like short nails, slightly rounded.

4. Aplico una capa de Double Duty de Sally Hansen (6), que actúa como base para el esmalte que apliquemos a continuación.

5. Continúo aplicando un esmalte de uñas, perfecccionando los bordes con esta herramienta para retirar cutículas (7), y las dejo secar. Termino con otra capa de Double Duty, que también funciona como top coat.

6. Y por último, es muy importante aplicar una buena crema de manos. Mi favoritísima es la Crema de manos concentrada de Neutrogena Fórmula Noruega (8).

¡Y eso es todo! Pero antes de terminar la entrada, también quiero enseñaros el esmalte que llevo puesto:

4. Then I apply one coat of Sally Hansen´s Double Duty (6), which acts as a basecoat.

5. I apply a nail polish, cleaning the edges with this cuticle pusher (7), and let them dry. I finish off with another coat of Double Duty, which also acts as a topcoat!

6. Last but not least is hand cream. My all-time favourite is Neutrogena Norwegian Formula Hand Cream Concentrated (8).

And that´s it!! But before I go, I wanna show you the nail polish I´m wearing:

¿A que es precioso? ♥ Es el tono Vivid Violet de la marca exclusiva de Boots Nº7, un precioso violeta metalizado. Me han hecho falta tres capas para conseguir un acabado opaco y sin marcas de pinceladas.

Me costó poco menos de 3€ gracias a un vale descuento, así que sólo por el precio y lo bonito que es el color, merece la pena. De todas maneras, no hubiese pagado su precio habitual (algo más de 9€), ya que la fórmula deja mucho que desear: al segundo día ya se me empezaron a descascarillar el borde de algunas uñas...

¿Cuáles son vuestros imprescindibles para la manicura?

Gorgeous, isn´t it?? ♥ The colour is called Vivid Violet by Nº7, which is a beautiful metallic purple. It took 3 coats to be opaque and non-streaky.

I got it for about 3€  with a Boots Nº7 voucher, totally worth it!! I wouldn´t pay the full price though (The formula isn´t as good as I expected to: the second day it started chipping!).

MAQUILLAJE // MAKEUP

1) NARS Dúo de coloretes Orgasm y Angelika.

No es un secreto lo mucho que me gusta el colorete Orgasm  de la forma, pero Angelika, un precioso rosa chicle, está subiendo puestos entre mis favoritos.

Ambos tonos combinan con un montón de looks, así que estoy más que segura de que voy a seguir usádolos mucho durante el verano.

2) COLLECTION 2000 Cream Puff en el tono Cotton Candy.

¡Me encanta este híbrido entre gloss y labial líquido mate! Tiene textura aterciopelada, un aroma agradable y larga duración. Yo tengo el tono Cotton Candy, que es un tono rosado muy bonito.


3) ESSENCE Stay with Me longlasting lipgloss in Candy Bar and Berry Me!


¡Otro producto más de labios a la saca de los favoritos de este mes! Éstos son mis favoritos dentro de los glosses low cost que tengo: cremosos, muy pigmentados, no pegajosos y duraderos.


He estado usando un montón los tonos Candy Bar (rosa coral) y Berry Me! (color cereza).

1) NARS Blush duo Orgasm & Angelika.

It´s not a secret how much I love Orgasm blush, but now I have my heart set on Angelika, which is the prettiest pink blush ever.

These shades go well with everything, so I can see myself wearing them a lot more this summer!

2) COLLECTION 2000 Cream Puff in Cotton Candy.

I love this lip cream! It has a velvety texture, great staying power and a nice scent. I own the shade Cotton Candy which is a gorgeous rosy pink colour. 

3) ESSENCE Stay with Me longlasting lipgloss in Candy Bar and Berry Me!

Another lip product! These are my all time favourite low cost lipglosses: creamy, very pigmented, non sticky and longlasting.

I´ve been wearing these two shades a lot: Candy Bar (coraly pink) and Berry Me! (raspberry colour).

4) GARNIER Simply Essentials Facial Cleansing Wipes.


No uso muy a menudo toallitas para desmaquillarme, pero siendo sinceros, son perfectas para días (o noches :P) en los que estamos más perezosas. Es la primera vez que uso estas toallitas de Garnier y estoy encantada con ellas, ya que están bien empapadas de producto, son suaves y no irritan ni resecan la piel.


5) SOAP & GLORY Hand Food.


¡Me encanta! No es grasienta, es lo suficientemente hidratante para esta época del año y huele estupendamente. ¿Qué más se puede pedir?


6) CAUDALIE Beauty Elixir.


He de reconocer que al principio no me gustó mucho el particular olor que tiene este producto, entre mentolado y cítrico, pero a lo largo de los usos me ha acabado gustando mucho. Lo uso todas las noches, rociándome el rostro después de desmaquillarme. ¡Me encanta el efecto refrescante a la vez que relajante que proporciona!


4) GARNIER Simply Essentials Facial Cleansing Wipes.

I don´t use face wipes to remove my makeup very often, but they are great for lazy days (or nights! :P).  This is my first time using Garnier wipes and I´m very pleased with them because they´re very moist and gentle. 

5) SOAP & GLORY Hand Food.

Love it!! Not greasy, hydrating enough and gorgeously scented. What else can you ask for?

6) CAUDALIE Beauty Elixir.

I didn´t really like the smell at first, but I´ve grown to love it. I spritz some on my face every night, after removing my makeup: I love the refreshing and pampering effect!

7) Nuevos episodios de Pretty Little Liars y Awkward.


La verdad que no he descubierto nada nuevo este mes, pero he estado disfrutando mucho del regreso de Pretty Little Liars y Awkward. Se agradece la vuelta de dos series que me encantan ahora que la mayoría de las series que emiten durante el invierno están de parón veraniego.


7) Brand new episodes of Pretty Little Liars and Awkward.

I haven´t seen anything new this month, but I´ve been enjoying the new episodes of Pretty Little Liars and Awkward, a couple tv shows I absolutely love!!

Me compré este colorido fular al principio del mes y lo he estado usando muchísimo. Me encanta la mezcla de diseños y colores del estampado, y además es muy ligero, perfecto para el verano irlandés :)

I bought this colourful scarf at the beginning of the month and I´ve been wearing it loads. Love the mixed patterns and colours, and the material is very light, perfect for the irish summer!
